Storm Cleanup & Emergency Response

02 — Local Knowledge

Built for Southwest Florida

Southwest Florida does not clear like anywhere else. Our team understands local land conditions and vegetation, and we plan every job around them instead of finding out the hard way mid-project.

We run our own equipment, which means no subcontractor markup, no scheduling handoffs, and one crew accountable from the walkthrough to the final grade.

04

Approve & Schedule Your Project

Once you sign off, we lock in a start date and sequence the work so the site is mobilized once.

05

Professional Completion & Final Cleanup

We walk the finished site with you before demobilizing, so anything that needs correcting is handled on the spot.

Emergency Service

When the Storm Passes, We Are Already Here

Downed trees across the driveway. A pine through the roofline. Access blocked before the adjuster can even get out. Our equipment stays staged in Southwest Florida through hurricane season, so response does not wait on out-of-state crews.

09 — Common Questions

Before You Call

It depends far more on what is growing than on the acreage. An acre of light palmetto and scrub is a fraction of the cost of an acre of mature oak and pine with stumps to pull. Access, debris handling and whether you want the material mulched or hauled off move the number too. That is why we quote from an on-site walk rather than a price per acre — and why the estimate is free.

Often yes. Requirements vary by county and municipality, and protected species, wetland lines and tree ordinances can all apply. We will tell you what we have seen required on comparable sites and flag anything that looks like it needs review — but confirming permits for your specific parcel is between you and your local building or environmental department.

Forestry mulching grinds vegetation where it stands and leaves the material on the ground as a mulch layer — fast, low-impact, no haul-off, and good for trails, underbrush and invasive control. Full clearing removes the material entirely, including stumps and root mats, which is what you need before a building pad. Many jobs use both: mulch the perimeter, fully clear the footprint.

As soon as roads are passable and it is safe to run equipment. Because our machines stay in the region rather than being trucked in after the fact, we are typically working while out-of-area crews are still mobilizing. Emergency access clearing is prioritized ahead of full cleanup so you can get in and out of your property first.

Regularly. We handle the clearing, pad, drive and grade so the builder walks onto ground that is ready to stake. Insurance certificates, lien releases and schedule updates go straight to your project manager — we are used to working inside someone else's construction schedule.
