Professional Land Clearing & Site Development Services
Clear Path Ground Works provides complete land-development solutions throughout Southwest Florida for homeowners, builders, developers, commercial property owners, agricultural clients and municipalities.
01 — Land Clearing
Clearing Built Around What You Are Keeping
Whether it is a quarter-acre residential lot buried in palmetto or forty acres of overgrown pasture, clearing starts with the line you want held.
We clear selectively or completely. Specimen oaks and mature palms stay if you want them; everything else — brush, scrub, undergrowth, stumps and root mats — comes out. Because our own dozers and excavators do the work, we can change the plan mid-job when you decide a treeline should shift ten feet without renegotiating a subcontract.
Complete Clearing For
- Homesites
- Acreage
- Subdivisions
- Commercial developments
- Investment properties
Stumps, root mats, fence lines, trails and access cuts are all part of a full clear — debris is mulched on site or hauled off, your call.
02 — Tree Removal & Trimming
Removals, Takedowns and Hazard Work
Some trees cannot wait for the next storm to decide their future. Leaning pines over a roofline, storm-split oaks and dead cabbage palms near a driveway are removals, not maintenance.
We take trees down in tight quarters — over pool cages, between houses, near power service — and grind the stumps out afterward so the ground is usable rather than dotted with obstacles. Larger removals are rigged and sectioned rather than felled when there is no room to drop them.
Includes
- Professional Tree Removal
- Hazardous Tree Removal
- Storm-Damaged Tree Removal
- Canopy Reduction
- Selective Clearing
- Professional Trimming
03 — Forestry Mulching
One Machine, One Pass, No Burn Pile
Efficient vegetation management using professional forestry-mulching equipment to clear unwanted vegetation while returning organic material back to the soil. Nothing is pushed into piles, nothing is burned, and nothing leaves the property.
For underbrush, invasives and trail work it is usually the faster and cheaper option, and the mulch layer left behind holds soil in place through wet season instead of letting a bare lot wash. It is also the lower-impact choice where you want the canopy kept and only the understory taken down.
Best used for
- Underbrush and understory clearing
- Brazilian pepper, melaleuca and other invasive removal
- Trails, firebreaks and hunting lanes
- Lot maintenance and re-clearing
- Sites where haul-off access is limited
- Erosion-sensitive ground that should stay covered
04 — Demolition
Down, Sorted and Gone
Old structures, failing outbuildings, cracked slabs and abandoned mobile homes are removed and disposed of — not knocked over and left for the next contractor to work around.
Demolition is separated as it comes down so concrete, metal and debris go where each belongs. On combined jobs we schedule demo ahead of clearing and grading, which means one mobilization and a site that goes straight from structure to finished pad.
Includes
- House Demolition
- Mobile Home Removal
- Garage Demolition
- Shed Removal
- Concrete Removal
- Driveway Removal
- Swimming Pool Demolition
- Interior Demolition
- Commercial Building Demolition
- Debris Removal
- Final Site Cleanup
- Site Preparation After Demolition
05 — Site Preparation & Grading
From Cleared Ground to a Buildable Pad
Cleared is not the same as ready. Site prep is the work between an open lot and ground your builder can stake, inspect and pour on — and on ground this flat, drainage is not a detail, it is the whole job.
We bring in and compact fill, shape the building pad to the elevation your plans call for, cut the driveway and culvert so trucks can actually reach the site, and rough and finish grade so water leaves the property the way it is supposed to. On flat Southwest Florida parcels, getting pad elevation and fall right the first time is the difference between passing inspection and re-doing the work in August.
Includes
- Building Pads
- Driveways
- Drainage Improvements
- Rough Grading
- Final Grading
- Construction Site Preparation
06 — Brush & Invasive Vegetation Removal
Taking Back Ground From What Should Not Be There
Left alone, invasive and overgrown vegetation does not stay contained — it spreads, and it makes everything else on the property harder to see, access and maintain.
Whether it is a fence line lost to years of growth, a lot overrun with palmetto, or a stand of Brazilian pepper crowding out everything native around it, we clear it back and keep it from taking over again.
Removal Includes
- Brazilian Pepper
- Invasive Brush
- Palmettos
- Vines
- Heavy Undergrowth
07 — 24-Hour Storm Response
Emergency Clearing, Around the Clock
Hurricane season is not an abstraction here. When a storm comes through, the first problem is almost never damage — it is access.
Our equipment stays staged in Southwest Florida rather than being trucked in after landfall, so we can start as soon as roads are passable. Emergency access clearing comes first — getting you in and out, and getting adjusters and utility crews to the structure. Full debris removal follows.
Includes
- Fallen Tree Removal
- Storm Debris Cleanup
- Emergency Access Restoration
- Hazardous Tree Removal
- Hurricane Cleanup
